Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is full of Norse mysteries. One such involves the reincarnation of several Aesir deities. Hawk-eyed enthusiasts had revealed the true identity of many characters. One such character whose mystery got unveiled today is the final Aesir Sage.
A Redditor, Lacrossedeamon, did some detective work and revealed that the final Aesir Sage is King Harald Fairhair. The Redditor came to this conclusion by spotting a black mark on Harald’s neck. Every character who is the incarnation of a Norse god sports a black mark.
It is King Harald who makes Eivor and Sigurd travel to England as he integrated Norway’s clans.
We first came to know about this mystery when the game dropped a major bomb in its later stage! It divulged that Eivor and Sigurd are related to the god-like Isu race that lived before humans.
Two side quests in AC Valhalla give an insight into the Isu race where players can see Odin and all getting ready for Ragnarok. Before kicking the bucket, the gods plug themselves into Yggdrasil. This permitted them to reincarnate as humans in their next life.
This way, we get to know that Eivor and Sigurd are related to Allfather Odin and Tyr, respectively. Moreover, Basim was Loki in his previous life.
The AC Valhalla fandom also uncovered that the Eurvicscire region’s leader, Halfdan Ragnarsson, is Thor’s reincarnation.
As of now, it is yet to be determined which god is King Harald Fairhair the reincarnation of.
