New World: Upcoming MMORPG Reveals a Massive Server List for Release

Amazon Games were in dire straits after a series of delays and bugs that lasted for over 18 months, but thankfully such days are behind them. Fans can now dive into Aeternum alongside their chums as devs have released the complete Server list for New World ahead of its 28th September launch date.

This news isn’t something that would draw your interest if you prefer to explore the depths of this immersive MMORPG alone.

But presuming that you plan on teaming up with your friends to join in on the fun of shedding blood for control over the game’s supernatural world, Amazon’s latest announcement is something you don’t want to miss!

Taking to Twitter, Amazon’s New World officially released the game’s official server list that comprises a mammoth 177 servers divided between five regions. This reveal should allow you to “coordinate with your friends to play New World on the same world for the official launch.”

This mammoth server list gives you a plethora of options to choose from! Here is a breakdown of servers available for different regions:

  • North America West: 22
  • North America East: 54
  • Central Europe: 64
  • Australia: 11
  • South America: 26

Moreover, given that New World is a mystical game that takes you on brutal adventures, it is appropriate that its servers’ naming scheme incorporates the most enticing fictional realms like Atlantis, Hellheim, and so on!

Despite making this crucial information public, Amazon’s job isn’t done yet! New Worlds Server List boasts an enormous number but is excruciatingly quiet on language servers.

The love that Europe has for MMOs is inconceivable. Don’t believe me? Just grind on World of Warcraft and Final Fantasy XIV, and you’ll witness German or French gamers with their own servers to accommodate a grand player base.

If you head over to New World’s Twitter, you’ll see huge swaths of enthusiasts asking about French or Portuguese servers. The recommended language information will help players identify servers on the basis of communities.

Devs at New World have confirmed that “there will be some servers that have suggested languages to help players decide where they would like to play.” Unfortunately, the list doesn’t detail which ones.

All we can do for now is wait for Amazon Games to provide us with some information on the same or for the servers to go live to see for ourselves.
