Cyberpunk 2077 To Have Many In-Game Rewards For Players!

It has been announced that players who will link their Cyberpunk 2077 accounts with their respective GOG accounts would be given a ‘wolf school’ Witcher jacket as a free in-game item.

Yesterday proved to be a big one for all fans of Cyberpunk 2077, seeing as how a lot, and by that, I mean A LOT, of stuff relating to the game was dumped on the internet by CD Projekt for all of us to see!

All that came yesterday range from a behind-the-scenes video featuring Keanu Reeves (You already know anything related to Keanu is always welcome) to the reveal of the game’s official OST.

Oh, and extended gameplay featuring Johnny Silverhand also dropped. What more could you ask for?

However, among all these was the reveal of the digital and in-game rewards that players will be able to claim in the game, among which is the very nice-looking ‘Wolf School’ jacket inspired by The Witcher, CD Projekt’s other gargantuan RPG franchise.

As I mentioned above, to get this jacket, you must link Cyberpunk 2077 with your GOG accounts, provided you have one. Also, if you’re someone who has the other Witcher games or Gwent, you can grab other in-game items such as a sword, an Arasaka plushie, and other cool-looking T-shirts.

Here’s what was tweeted out on Cyberpunk 2077’s official handle:

Not to mention, this goodie-giveaway works the other way around as well, where all players of Gwent and other CD Projekt’s games will be given in-game items such as the samurai-inspired card and the “Breathtaking” title for Gwent.

I don’t know about you, but I genuinely feel the need to start Gwent again just so I can grab that title, well, because Keanu, of course.

Also, Hollie Bennett, CD Projekt UK’s head of communications, stated that “This is just the beginning, and there will be more items coming in the future,” in one of his recent Night City Wire streams.

That said, the wait for Cyberpunk 2077 is genuinely heating up now, with people really looking forward to playing this game when it hits the shelves on December 10 (Hopefully).

About Cyberpunk 2077

Cyberpunk 2077 is a 2020 action role-playing video game developed by CD Projekt Red and published by CD Projekt, based on video game designer Mike Pondsmith’s game series.

Set in a dystopian cyberpunk universe, the player assumes the role of “V,” a mercenary in the fictional Californian city known as “Night City,” where they deal with the fallout from a heist gone wrong that results in an experimental cybernetic “bio-chip” containing an engram of the legendary rock star and terrorist Johnny Silverhand (played by Keanu Reeves) threatening to slowly overwrite V’s mind; as the story progresses V and Johnny must work together to find a way to be separated and save V’s life.
