The release of Dead Space Remake is getting closer and fans of the horror franchise are very much looking forward to diving back into USG Ishimura and reliving the experience. The project is being built from the ground-up by EA’s Motive Studios featuring incredible visuals. Ahead of the game’s release, the system requirements for the PC version have been revealed officially on Steam.
According to the Dead Space Steam page, the game will require at least an Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor and 16GB of RAM to run. As for GPU, it will require at least an AMD RX 5700 or GTX 1070 Ti. The recommended GPU to run the game is either an RX 6700 XT or RTX 2070.
As for the Operating System, the 64-bit version of Windows 10 will be needed. While the game might not need an RTX 3090 to run, it’ll still require an NVIDIA RTX graphics card in order to experience the horrors of USG Ishimura in its full potential. Check out the entire system requirements below:

PC players have been waiting to see what their PCs would require in order to run this game, and considering how graphically amazing it looks, the specifications aren’t too bad. Anyone with a low-end rig might need to adjust the graphics settings a bit, but with higher-end rigs, the game should work just fine.
Dead Space Remake launches on January 27 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.

Dead Space follows the story of Isaac Clarke, an engineer on board an intergalactic mining ship called the USSG Ishimura. On discovering an ancient artifact known as The Marker, the ship is overrun by a species of aliens called Necromorphs. With the aliens turning the crew into one of their own, Isaac must fight through the hordes as he tries to find a way to get back to Earth.
The gameplay is reminiscent of the Resident Evil franchise, with inventory management being a key component. Players have access to a variety of mining tools that become weapons and must navigate the claustrophobic corridors of the Ishimura while fighting off the Necromorphs.
