A significant aspect of the core gameplay of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla revolves around finding and killing key members of certain evil associations or cults like the Order of the Ancients, Children of Danu, etc. While some of these groups can be insanely easy to take down, The Zealots stand out because of their nasty reputation of being overly challenging to fight against.
The Zealots are a sub-group within the Order of the Ancient. These brutes serve as the secretive enforcer for the Order. There are a total of 15 Zealots in Valhalla wandering and patrolling throughout the various regions of England. But do you really need to kill all of them to complete the game’s ‘Order of the Ancient’ storyline?
Players must kill all the Zealots as one of the requirements to reveal the true identity of The Grand Maegester (Head) of the Order, also known as ‘The Father’, and complete the Order of the Ancient storyline in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
Apart from killing all the Zealots, players must also eliminate all the Order of the Ancients’ members and complete Valhalla’s main story to reveal The Father’s identity. If you are willing to undertake this hours’ worth of grind, here is a list of all the Zealots and where you can find them!
|1||Cola||Southern end of Eurvicscire|
|3||Redwalda||Ruins of Venonis, Ledecestrescire|
|4||Kendall||Main roads of Grantebridgescire around Walden and Wandrie|
|5||Horsa||Norther river, Oxenefordscire|
|12||Beorhtsige||Western part of the jungle, Glowecestrescire|
Who is the hardest Zealot in AC Valhalla?
Brecthun is the hardest Zealot you will encounter in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. He can be found patrolling the roads on the outskirt of Wincestre city in northern Hamtunscire. The suggested power level for this region is 340.
Brecthun, a.k.a War-Hedge, is a colossus enemy wearing knight armor. He wields a heavy two-handed ax and can kill you in just a few solid hits unless you have sturdy armor.
He primarily uses unblockable sweeping attacks and sometimes lights his ax on fire to deal extra damage. The optimum strategy to beat him is to maintain your distance, dodge his attacks, and take him down with a ranged weapon.
Can you kill the Order members without finding clues to their location?
Twelve (12) of the Order of the Ancients’ members can be directly killed without finding clues to their location, while the rest can only be killed by playing through certain main quests of various story arcs.
