You will stumble upon her during the main campaign of Cyberpunk 2077. If you fancy her then you can take it further.
How to initiate a romantic relationship with Panam?
Keep your sexual orientation in mind:
The first thing you need to know about Panam is that she is a straight woman. Therefore you won’t be able to win her over if you’re Female V. As a Female V, you can be her close friend at max. She will be interested in you only if you are Male V.
Note: If you’re not Male V, there’s no need to fret. There are many romance options in Cyberpunk 2077 that cover all sexual orientations.
Now given that you’re Male V, you need to complete her side quests and play your cards right when it comes to dialogue options. Next, you know, you’ll be in a relationship with Panam.
What kind of dialogue options to go ahead with to pursue romance with her?
Whenever a flirty option is present choose it. Don’t miss out on an opportunity to “touch” her whenever you can. Be sweet to her in general.

- Life After Wartime – Support Panam when speaking to Saul
- Riders on the Storm – Ride with Panam, guard her when speaking with Saul, ask her to take off her shoes, scrooch closer
- With a Little Help From My Friends – Do not talk about Panam’s plan with Saul, tell Panam she was missed, hold her hand, move closer to her at the campfire
- Queen of the Highway – Tell Panam the Basilisk is nice and cozy, let Panam touch you
If you do everything correctly, you’ll get to sleep with her in the Basilisk. If you complete every quest of Panam, you will get the Life of the Road trophy. To obtain the achievement, it isn’t necessary to romance her.
Panam’s questline also impacts the end of the game so tread carefully!
