That non-existent audio mix of Cyberpunk 2077 has finally been fixed

Cyberpunk 2077 is a game that teems with annoying bugs. One such makes the game’s audio mix non-existing. This deteriorated the quality experience that Night City had to offer.

If engaged in combat, players were unable to enjoy the radio. Sometimes the music sound overtook voices around V. All such disturbances decayed the gameplay alongside several other bugs.

To fix the audio mix issues in Cyberpunk 2077, modder Floyd2099 got to work and created an 11GB mod. The mod consists of around 800 audio files and will do its job perfectly by mending the mix glitch.

Talking about the mod’s capabilities, Floyd2099 said,

“Loud audio on a night club will be still loud, but [you] can now listen to what other people are telling you!”

He added,

“Combat music is still loud either, less annoying because the difference between ambient music is now acceptable.”

The mod presents itself in 12 parts and can be downloaded from Nexus Mods. Floyd2099 has given a comprehensive guide on how to install the files too.

Projekt Red would be relieved to see how the modding community had Cyberpunk 2077’s back. Modders have worked tirelessly to improve the buggy RPG by adding new dimensions.

Mods have made Cyberpunk 2077 look like Borderlands, adding a superhero mod, a third-person mod, and many more.

It was because of such dedication that CDPR officially added modding support tools. This will “help you modify and create your own experience” on PC.

Note: It must be noted that a lot of times, moments in Cyberpunk 2077 would be lacking audio. The mod will not be able to fix such glitches. One will have to wait for CD Projekt Red to look into the issue and release a new patch.
