Flight Simulator Marks the Debut of a Much-beloved Monster!

Recently, a modder named Sergio Perea shared a mod for the Microsoft Flight Simulator, which summons the monster Godzilla on the shores of San Francisco!

The seemingly quiet and simple modding community of the Flight Simulator has finally brought out the big guns and outdone themselves, both in terms of creativity and hilarity!

Imagine just spreading your symbolic wings and flying about in this wonderful game’s beautifully rendered, realistic world and swimming in an ocean of peace and serenity.

And all of a sudden, you end up encountering a monolithic radioactive monster, one that we all know too well, doing nothing but menacingly gazing towards a city.

I’m pretty sure all that built-up serenity will be chased away by the sheer excitement of seeing such a spectacle!

Creating this enthralling spectacle is exactly what this mod does.

It places the towering and imposing figure of Godzilla near San Francisco, and let me tell you one thing – the entire mod is totally glorious.

Well, if you want to see it destroy skyscrapers and wreak havoc, you’ll be in for a bit of disappointment.

The figure is immobile and is more of a toy really, summoned in the game’s world for us to play around with.

Of course, my one real complaint would be that Godzilla is now roaming the world without any mask or hand sanitizer.

What if our huge ball of joy gets diagnosed with COVID-19?!

The terrible dad-jokes aside, if you also wish to have a giant beast roaming your game’s world, you can simply head over to Nexus Mods, where the modder has shared the required files and proper instructions on how to install this mod.

Trust me, you certainly won’t regret it!

Now, if only we can get ourselves King Kong sitting atop the Empire State Building!

Seeing how the Flight-Sim community’s modders have finally started unleashing their inner modding beasts, the day of King Kong’s debut may not be so far off after all!
