The April roadmap for Hitman 3 is now live, showing players all the content coming to the stealth game from March 30th to May 9th and it’s titled the Season of Greed. The first few pieces from the seven-deadly-sins-based content plan have been available for a week now, but the full roadmap has only just been revealed and boasts several elusive targets and contracts.
The content already available to players includes the first escalation, the Greed Enumeration, and a seasonal event in the form of the Berlin egg hunt. Players will unlock greed coins and unique outfits from completing these events.
The first Elusive Target of Hitman 3 was made available yesterday. The Collector can be found on the Dartmouth map for 10 days until April 19th. As might be evident by the name, he’s an art collector who murders the previous owners of the art pieces he wants to add to his collection.
The second Elusive Target is The Politician. No details have been revealed about her as yet, but she will be on Hitman 2’s map, Hawke’s Bay, and will be available from April 23rd to May 3rd.
As is the case with all the elusive targets, players will get only one chance to kill their target. If players fail to do so, the target disappears, and the player cannot attempt the contract again. They’ve always been a key staple to Hitman’s content updates, so it’s great to see them making a return in Hitman 3.
Another escalation is planned to be added to the game towards the end of the season. The Zinzhen incident will be added to the Chongquing map on April 29th, and will focus on that map’s secret lab.
The last few pieces of content detailed in the roadmap are some new featured contracts. The first set comes on April 15th from Two Angry Gamers, and Achievement Hunters will add their contract on May 6th.
So, players who are looking forward to creatively flexing their executions skills have a lot of content to look forward to in Hitman 3. And given that the Elusive Targets are a single attempt, you better be really in tune with your inner Agent 47.
