Hogwarts Legacy is a great opportunity for Harry Potter fans to relive the magical experience on the grounds of Hogwarts. However, to much disappointment, fans will not be able to play as the ‘Chosen One,’ and instead will create their own playable characters.
There are two mods available for Hogwarts Legacy PC which lets users play as Harry Potter himself. Chris Rubino’s ‘Classic Harry Potter’ mod includes a character model of Harry Potter. The mod is available for download from Nexusmods. Here’s the mod in action:
Another mod is by Crazy Potato, it is also available on Nexusmods. The Daniel Radcliffe mod includes a 1:1 head model from the 2009 title Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which was published and developed by EA.
You can try on any haircut during character creation. The default male voice is also very similar to Daniel Radcliffe’s. Your character will be as close to Harry Potter as possible.
Another interesting mod is the Hermione/Emma Watson mod. There’s also a VR mod and a Multiplayer Mod available for players. However, the latter are currently in their Early Access phase. They will be free to play once their testing ends.
Of course, there will be more such Harry Potter mods in the near future. However, if you are looking to recreate the familiar Harry Potter experience, you could give these mods a try.
