Elden Ring is well-known for its notorious difficulty, and to have a better chance of beating those tough bosses, you need to equip yourself with some of the best armor you can find. You can get them through NPCs who reward you if you fulfill their wants and needs by completing their sidequests.
For instance, players can get the set that Bloody Finger Hunter Yura is wearing, also known as Ronin’s Set. You can find Yura in Limgrave, where he warns you to avoid the dragon living inside the lake.
You can get your hands on Ronin’s set by completing Yura’s questline in Elden Ring. This set includes Ronin’s Gauntlets, Iron Kasa, Ronin’s Greaves, and Ronin’s Armor.
You can see Yura wearing the armor, but you won’t get it by killing him. As a result, you have to go to the Mountaintops of the Giants to complete Yura’s quest.

Steps to Completing Yura’s Questline to Obtain Ronin’s Armor Set
You will need to follow these steps to complete Yura’s questline, which will help you get the complete Ronin’s armor set in Elden Ring:
I. The First Quest in Limgrave
To get started, you can first meet Yura at Limgrave, located at the east of Seaside Ruins. Beginners can reach this area by moving southeast after spawning in the tutorial area.
You have to look for a stone overpass where Yura will be camping, near the site of grace. After talking to Yura, you’ll learn about the dragon in the lake, but you don’t need to kill it to move ahead with the quest.
Instead, walk towards Murkwater Cave, located north of Seaside Rins, and follow the stream moving upwards. You should find Yura in the cave and assist him with his mission.
II. Killing the Bloody Finger Ravenmount Assassin in Raya Lucaria
You can help Yura kill the Bloody Finger Ravenmount Assassin by activating the summoning sign in Raya Lucaria. You can find the sign on the broken bridge that goes northeast in the Lands Between.
After taking down the assassin, you will find Yura on the broken bridge, where he will speak with you again. He will show you some gratitude and disappear, and you will have to find him again to move ahead into Yura’s questline.
III. The Third Quest in Altus Plateau
The next step to complete Yura’s questline is to go to the Second Church of Marika in the Altus Plateau. To find the place, go northwest from the site of grace of the Altus Highway until you find Yura.
Yura will ask for assistance to eliminate the Bloody Finger Eleonara. You will have to take down this boss through your fighting skills, as there isn’t an easy way out of this battle.
IV. Taking Ronin’s Set from Shabiri
Finally, you can get Ronin’s set after you’ve met Yura for the last time at the Zamor Ruins site of grace, near the Mountaintops of the Giants. Over there, you will learn that Yura is no longer himself.
Instead, he’s transformed into a Shabiri, and a new entity has taken over Yura’s corpse. After that, leave the area and return to the Shabiri location later in Zamor Ruins, and you will find the armor set lying there for you to pick up and use in-game.
Should you kill Shabiri to get the Ronin’s Set in Elden Ring?
You can kill Shabiri to get the Ronin’s Set in Elden Ring, but if you choose to do this, you can’t get the Frenzied Flame ending. If you want to get the burning scar, you can get it later at Zamor Ruins without killing him.
If you’re impatient and have no emotional attachment towards Yura/Shabiri, then go for the kill and get the armor set early. However, you can only get it after Yura transforms into Shabiri. Killing him before that won’t grant you any drops.
The Ronin’s armor set is great for medium armor, featuring amazing damage negation and high resistance while being lighter than other medium armor sets, which will help you get through tough bosses in Elden Ring.
