How to obtain a Stronghold Keycard in Warzone 2?

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Season 1 is here and it introduces players to the new Warzone 2.0.

Warzone 2.0 has a new mode called DMZ which is very similar to the game Escape from Tarkov. There are many buildings called Strongholds on the map, which are buildings with orange flags on them.

Players who enter the Stronghold will have to hold off enemy operators and AI soldiers so proceed with caution and the first team that enters will also have to defuse a bomb. But to enter the Stronghold, you’ll need to obtain a Stronghold Keycard.

In order to obtain Stronghold Keycards in Warzone 2.0’s DMZ Mode, you can either buy it from the Buy Station (Shop) or if you’re lucky, you might get it by killing another player who previously purchased it. The Stronghold Keycards cost $5000 in in-game currency.

Chances are very slim that you’re gonna kill a player who purchased a Stronghold Keycard so it’s better to just buy it from the Shop and for that you need money. Here are the best ways to earn money in order to buy the Keycard:

Collecting and selling loot at the Shop
Eliminating AI opponents
Completing contracts

Also, it’s worth noting that, you’ll have to kill real players in order to loot them and find out if they have Keycards. Killing AI enemies won’t give you a chance to obtain them so by killing real players, you might still have a chance. But we suggest doing the above and gathering enough money to buy it.
