This Tweet by Assassin’s Creed is Fueling More Crossover Event Rumors

Despite introducing the immersive Crossover Stories and Dawn of Ragnarok DLC, it looks like Ubisoft is not done with Assassin’s Creed at all. If their Italian Twitter page is anything to go by, it seems like enthusiasts will get to dive into more crossover content in the coming future.

What am I talking about?

Assassin’s Creed Italy posted a mystifying short video on their Twitter account with a short caption “Randvi?” Named as AC Teasermp4, the teaser does not divulge much information but contains many elements that propose the arrival of a new crossover event for both Valhalla and Odyssey.

The latest video from Assassin’s Creed fansite AccessTheAnimus pointed out that the animus keeps glitching throughout the teaser. This little detail suggests that the modern-day storyline might have a significant role to play if a new crossover event ever arrives.

At the end of the video, the voice that says “where am I?” in Italian further solidifies these rumors. Sharp-eared gamers recognized the voice to belong to the actor of Layla, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and Odyssey’s current-day protagonist.

The ‘Crossover Stories’ has emphasized that Layla has encountered the recollections of both Eivor and Kassandra. Therefore, she is expected to play a considerable role that surpasses both these ancient heroes in the franchise.

The only thing that stands between the confirmation of this title-tattle is that the echoed voice playing at the beginning of the video remains unidentified. Once this cloud of uncertainty clears, fans will surely know if this teaser is about upcoming events or updates for the released content.

This is definitely something that’s going to arouse the curiosity of vast swaths of AC players. But at the same time, it’s essential to keep your feet grounded. There is a strong chance that this teaser might not be anything fresh.

Nonetheless, fans have a lot to keep themselves busy with, and if anything stirs up in the mythical world of AC, we’ll let you know.
