Mario Fans have a reason to be excited as a new Mario game could be coming soon. With ND cube giving out a whole hiring brochure, it will be interesting to see what fans should expect next in the Mario Universe.

Nintendo’s subordinate company, NDcube, recently gave out a brochure regarding job vacancies which suggests the development of new games. The brochure showed a bunch of release games with a text that reads, “Let’s make a game together,” besides a question mark sign hinting that a new game is in the works.

Based on the fact that the right-hand side of the brochure features Mario on a die block and the fact that Mario Party is NDcube’s largest game, it wouldn’t be wrong to predict that a new Mario Party is under development.

The last Super Mario Party game didn’t receive the best response. Despite selling 12.10 million copies by September 2020, fans and critics were not happy with the gameplay. So the new edition of the game seems like the company’s move to change people’s apprehensions from the last game.

However, there is also a theory that due to the last Mario party game not doing well, the company might be developing a different game, specifically F-Zero. The latter was a popular racing game on several older Nintendo systems.

This rumor stems from F-Zero’s great reviews and the statements made by F-Zero GX producer, Toshihiro Nagoshi, who stated, “I must admit I have a lot of affection for F-Zero GX. If the opportunity presents itself, I wouldn’t mind.”

I feel that Mario Party is the more probable “mystery game” to be developed out of the two. It would be amazing to get a new Mario Party game with better graphics and gameplay.

Hopefully, fans won’t have to wait long before Nintendo or NDcube reveal what this new game is going to be. Stay Put!
