Custom NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti to Feature 2580 MHz Boost Clock

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti custom models have already started showing up, thanks to online databases the clock speeds of one such model has been revealed.

TechPowerUp’s GPU Database editor, T4C Fantasy, who shared the specifications for Colorful’s iGame GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Ultra W OC graphics card, has shared the clock speeds too.

Colorful’s iGame GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Ultra W OC graphics card model features a custom design that incorporates non-reference PCB and cooling solution. It comes with factory overclocks of up to 2580 MHz, which is a 45 MHz or 1.8% improvement over reference clock speeds.

A list of the clock speeds of all Colorful RTX 40 iGame Ultra OC cards:

  • RTX 4090: 2625 MHz (+4.2%)
  • RTX 4080: 2610 MHz (+4.1%)
  • RTX 4070 Ti: 2745 MHz (+5.2%)
  • RTX 4070: 2505 MHz (+1.2%)
  • RTX 4060 Ti: 2580 MHz (+1.8%)

T4C Fantasy also mentioned that the 4060 Ti is still slated to show up with 8GB GDDR6 VRAM. Even though that might change, rumors have been pointing to 8GB.

The RTX 4060 Ti is expected to feature the AD106-350-A1 GPU core, which is a cut-down version of the full AD-106 graphics chip. According to rumors, the card will be packed with 34 SMs or 4352 CUDA cores, 8GB GDDR6 VRAM running at 18 GB/s across a 128-bit bus interface, offering the card with 288 GB/s of bandwidth.

The downside is, it’s looking like a downgrade from the RTX 3060 series when it comes to memory specs, considering the RTX 3060 had 12 GB of GDDR6 VRAM. But on the bright side, the RTX 4060 will consume less power (40-55W) than the last-gen series. Recent rumors point towards the card releasing in May.
