Wizkid has announced that the release date for Pathfinder Battles: Darklands Rising will be delayed till 3rd February.
Fans will have to wait a little longer to get their hands on some of the fiercest creatures from the deepest reaches of Golarion. The latest release in the Pathfinder Battles series is the new set called Pathfinder Battles: Darklands Rising, and is set to feature bigger monster figures than ever before!
Pathfinder Battles: Darklands Rising minis release date postponed till 3rd February. These miniatures come in two product configurations, the Standard Booster and the Standard Booster 8.Ct. Brick. There is also a Darklands Rising premium set comprising a 10-inch tall Mengkare, Great Wyrm Golden Dragon miniature priced at $89.99.
The pre-painted plastic miniatures from Wizkids and Paizo Inc. showcase some of the fiercest and terrifying monsters of the Pathfinder world in a range of unique poses.
Each Pathfinder Battles: Darklands Rising Standard Booster will contain four figures and is priced at $19.99. These packs also boast a higher ratio of Large and Huge monsters than before. The following are the possible two configurations:
- 2 Medium or Small figures with 2 Large figures
- 3 Medium or Small figures with 1 Huge figure
Those keen on going bigger can grab the Darklands Rising: Mengkare, Grey Wyrm Golden Dragon Premium Set. This gold dragon is a gargantuan 10 inches tall! Talk about intimidating opponents. With a standard clear base to cover battles maps and stunning detail, this piece will surely be the standout on your display self.
The new set was supposed to be available online and at local game stores within the next few days. However, delays caused by the pandemic and holiday season caused the release date to get postponed till 3rd February.
