Henceforth, the release of their upcoming arrival Kena: Bridge of Spirits has been delayed owing to development issues.
Previously this year when Sony’s The Future of Gaming event was held, all eyes were on Spider-Man: Miles Morales.
That makes sense too. Who doesn’t want to play as friendly neighborhood Spider-Man? To begin with, the movies have always been nothing short of spectacular.
The “with great power comes great responsibility” quote alone is worth its weight in gold. On top of that, Sony puts in a booming effort of making players feel like Spider-Man with their game.
No one can beat that, right?
Well, one another game startlingly shared the spotlight with our favorite web-slinger.
It was Kena: Bridge of Spirits.
A question arises in everyone’s mind.
What did this Ember Lab developed game do to captivate everyone?
The answer to that is simple. The game doesn’t push too hard. Its like one of those things that stays true to its value in an otherwise pretentious world.
Its pixel-like visuals, stout-hearted hero, and above all, little precious bundles of joy named Rots shared the spotlight with other highly anticipated games.

Expected to release later this year for PS4 and PS5, Kena: Bridge of Spirits will now be rolled out in the first quarter of 2021 due to delays in development.
The company apologized on Twitter following the postponement. They claimed that the challenges posed by working from home decelerated the refinement process of the game.
To give enthusiasts a pleasantly polished experience, they decided to work further on the game and delayed the launch.
I, for one, fully support this decision.
Rather than giving a rushed, problematic game, its better that developers brush up the game and deliver an enthrallingly smooth output.
To the fans on pins and needles for the game to release: Good things take time and come to those who wait.
The game will made accessible for platforms like PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Microsoft Windows.
