Halloween isn’t the only thing you’ll get to celebrate this October as the Steam Game Festival: Autumn Edition by Valve is open for business.

The festival places importance on the work of many indie developers. Thus, every upcoming game that is set to be rolled out within the next 6 months can be tried out for free for a limited period of time.

The festival commenced today and will last till October 13. So you have plenty of time to play and show your appreciation towards developers who spend day and night to make our lives brighter with new arrivals.

Well, also to kill time cause we all have nothing better to do amidst a global pandemic.

Earlier this year since the Game Developers Conference did not take place, Valve also hosted the Steam Game Festival: Spring Edition which gave indie developers some glare of publicity.

As a result, players got an opportunity to play games which they usually wouldn’t, making the festival a major success.

Here is a list of top games that you can try out thanks to the Steam Game Festival: Autumn Edition-

Steam is literally offering demos of 1,142 games and enthusiasts now have a reservoir of games to choose from. My only complaint is that players will barely have a week to check the majority of these upcoming arrivals out.

Thus, making gaming our top priority for this week is the only way forward if we are to play some of the games offered.

Other than giving enthusiasts a stage to try out amazing games, this week-long festival will be flowing with exciting live streams in which many developers and creators will take part.

Therefore, expect electrifying gameplay, thrilling commentary, and interviews to be housed by the Steam Game Festival: Autumn Edition.
