In Assassins Creed Valhalla, players can get a series of rewards for completing commissions for the Hunter’s Hut in Ravensthorpe. At first glance, they feel simple. This is because players need to gather some materials and deliver them back to get their prize, but it gets complicated as you progress.
In particular, one of the most challenging items to acquire in-game is Dog Fangs. Many players have struggled to figure out how to find the source of these items.
To get Dog Fangs in Assassins Creed Valhalla, players have to kill wild dogs at areas like the Cent in Rouecistre Blockade. After eliminating these wild animals, they should drop the item required for completing Hunter’s Hut missions.
However, that’s not the only location gamers can choose to begin their quest of searching dog fangs. Keep reading to find out more places to find this rare item in Assassins Creed Valhalla.
Dog Fang Locations in Assassins Creed Valhalla
Not many players are fond of hunting down these usually innocent creatures in the game. Fortunately, you don’t get dog fangs by slaughtering domestic dogs in town, so there isn’t any need to go on a killing spree on every animal in sight.

Instead, hostile dogs drop these fangs after you defeat them. However, the species are quite scarce in the game, and the items have a low drop rate compared to other materials. Other creatures like Wolves won’t drop the item you need, so you have to search for these wild dogs in particular.
Therefore, I’ve made a list of locations where you can find dog fangs in AC: Valhalla, so you don’t have to spend hours searching for hostile dogs that’ll hunt you down on sight.
I. Rouecistre Blockade in Cent
To find Rouecsitre Blockade go to the northern part of the Cent. Those searching for the location on the map should find it at the top of the Medeuagge River. By roaming around the area, players can find multiple wild Dobermans along with other enemies ready to take you down.
Show off your attacking combos and take them down to hopefully find a dog fang lying on the ground. Those that prefer to take the Assassin’s route can climb towers in the area and pounce on one of the enemies for a free kill.

II. St. Hadrian’s Priory in Cent
Another location to find bloodthirsty dogs is Farmstead on the northwest of St. Hadrian’s Priory in Cent. This place can get a little tricky to find as forests surround it. But, following the location given on the map will help you to find it faster.
There, try to look out for an abandoned house in the middle of the forest. There’s a fireplace at the door, so it’s easy to spot from afar, even during midnight. Open the door, and you’ll notice two wild dogs ready to plunge into you. Defeat these creatures to try out your luck to get two dog fangs at the most.

III. Anglo-Saxon Camp
Assassins should take a trip to the Anglo-Saxon Camp to find more dogs to take down. To navigate this area, follow the path to the east of Readingum Abbey. Gamers should also watch out for red tents at the coast of Thames Rivers.
There, players will encounter a bunch of guards and Dobermans ready to pick a fight. Unfortunately, there aren’t many spots to sneak up and get a free kill, so it’s faster to face them in a brawl.
However, there are a couple of explosives to shoot down and help you start the fight with a bang. It might get a little messy considering the large swarm of enemies, but the damage inflicted will help you to clear them efficiently.
Verdict
These are all the places I could find wild dogs for you to hunt down. But remember that killing these creatures doesn’t guarantee a dog fang. The unfortunate ones will have to be patient and wait.
The enemies respawn after a while, so the best way is to fast travel between these three locations until you find a sufficient amount.
Some players may not feel comfortable killing these dogs, considering the game gives you the option to befriend and pet the animals in town.
There isn’t any compulsion on completing these missions, as they don’t grant exclusive rewards. But, they are crucial to complete hunter missions that grant items like Rune of Haste and Evasion Rune. These will help you in the long run, so choose wisely.
