Valheim has been full of surprises. The game had more elements than one could probably imagine. But even despite such vastness, you could have never contemplated Valheim making your heart skip a beat by being scary.

Brought to attention by Leathermattress, a Redditor, one bug involving a troll has recently surfaced in Valheim and will give you a good old-school jumpscare. When you are venturing out in the thick wilderness of the Black Forest, a blue giant will unexpectedly pop up on your screen and freak you out.

This glitch took me back to my childhood days where everyone had just one thing in mind: to get your Blood Pressure up by sending jump scare videos.

You’d be seeing little kids playing in the park just for a nun from the other world to abruptly appear in the video and nearly give you a heart attack.

Whenever I’m playing Valheim, I try to adopt a sturdy and bearded Viking’s mindset who will be stopped by nothing to get what he wants. But this bug kinda made me take a small break from the Norse realm.
