Waiting for Resin? Try A Minigame In Genshin Impact

Every hardcore gamer is in a toxic relationship with Genshin Impact. Original Resin, a battle currency that takes forever to regenerate and is drained within a short period of time, prevents players from progressing which can be really frustrating.

Within half an hour, players run out of Original Resin and then there’s nothing left to do.

This open-world fantasy game offers a 30-hour long engaging campaign where many intriguing characters feature. Taking a lot of inspiration from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, the game encourages you to explore the mystery-laden world of magic. Thus a lot of missions and fights drain your resin. 

Although MiHoYo has been very vocal about the problems that enthusiasts are undergoing, and have released updates to address this issue. Previously, the game enabled players to carry 120 Resins. 

But now thanks to the new update, this range has been lifted to 160. Also instead of 1200, you’ll need 1600 Original Resins to finish the weekly battle pass challenge.

But even despite such changes, problems continue to persist if you are an enthusiast of Genshin.

Now instead of floating in a black hole of sorrow and complaining to MiHoYo, players have taken the matter into their own hands.

To kill time waiting for Resin to recharge, gamers now engage in self-created minigames.

As seen on Reddit, players are utilizing Hilichurls to the fullest to kill time. Diluc, Razor, Beidou, and Qiqi can be seen in the video above making one Hilichurl shoot towards them while they dodge its attack.

Given that in 24 hours the maximum you can collect is 160 Original Resin, there isn’t an awful lot that you can do in Genshin Impact!
