Once you kill Loretta the Royal Knight and head to Ranni’s Rise, progress to the cliff in the southern region and search for a way to jump onto the roofs. Eventually, you’ll reach the upper end of the room possessing the Manor Lower Level Grace Site and meet Pidia. 

They’ll sell you the Larval Tear in exchange for 3,000 Runes. 

iii. Caria Manor #2 

There’s a graveyard rich in Skeleton enemies in the eastern end of Caria Manor. This location also contains ghosts who disappear upon interaction.  

After disappearing, they leave a Larval Tear and a few Scholar Robes. 

III. Larval Tears in Caelid

i. Cathedral of Dragon Communion 

This Larval Tear is with another disguised opponent. It’s an enormous Troll camouflaging as an Undead Soldier.  

When you reach the Cathedral of Dragon Communion, take a breather and navigate towards the Cliffside located in the northwest direction. Defeat it and retrieve your Larval Tear.
