How to Find All Merchants & Unique Items – Location Guide – Elden Ring

The life of Elden Ring merchants is full of travel, exhaustion and primarily boredom. A travelling salesman wanders around the Elden Ring wilderness of Lands Between with the company of a tired horse.

Although business seems to be stagnant and monotonous, they somehow seem to be able to put food on the table and make a living. Typically, they’re found in deadly cliff-faces and toxic swamps. Even though tracking them down is a daunting task, the uniqueness and usefulness of their trade items make it worthwhile.

According to FromSoftware, there are three types of travelling merchants in the game: nomadic, isolated, and Hermit.

You can find all merchants of Elden Ring scattered across various regions in Lands Between, such as Limgrave, Weeping Peninsula, Liurnia of the Lakes, Caelid, Altus Plateau, Mt. Gelmir, the Mountaintop of the Giants, Ainsel River, and Siofra River. They possess several unique items, including Cookbooks, a Cracked Pot, and Short Sword.
