Ubisoft Reveals Only 15-20 Hours Needed for Assassin’s Creed Mirage

Ubisoft recently announced Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be launched in 2023. It will return to the large-scale urban surroundings where players can jump across rooftops, scale towering buildings, and do other such activities highlighting their parkour skills. The game will be similar to earlier games in the franchise, like Assassin’s Creed Rogue and Assassin’s Creed Revelations.

Ubisoft revealed Assassin’s Creed Mirage would take somewhere between 15-20 hours to beat.

In an interview, the vice president executive producer of Assassin’s Creed, Marc-Alexis Côté, explained that Mirage would be similar in length to the older games, which were also around 15-20 hours for the main story.

I think the most accurate comparison would be Rogue or Revelations, in terms of scope… We also wanted to go back to what Assassin’s Creed was in terms of story structure in the very early games, which means that it’s linear. You have a beginning, you have an end, and it’s a character’s evolution.

Ubisoft also announced two new Assassin’s Creed games for the new Infinity hub– Codename Hexe and Codename Red. While not much was revealed about Hexe, Red will be set in feudal Japan featuring a shinobi.

Ubisoft hinted the Infinity platform would go through many more changes in the future and that this is just the beginning of a new phase.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage is currently available for pre-order.
