Epic Games Survey Reveals Potential Characters Coming to Fortnite

Fortnite developer Epic Games recently sent out a survey to players of the online multiplayer, asking them of their interest in certain crossover characters. While it could very well be just an ordinary survey, the characters that it lists are too good to ignore.

Prominent Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR first shared the survey on Twitter. As you can see below, the list spans across various categories and genres, but many of the characters mentioned could make for some delightful additions to the game.

These include Peter Griffin from Family Guy, Goku from Dragon Ball Z, Geralt from The Witcher, and Trevor from GTA 5.

Strangely enough, the survey also includes the TV Shows, Influencer, and Musical Artists categories. It’s understandable to want to include characters from games, comics, and movies.

But it would be pretty weird to see Ted Mosby from How I Met Your Mother or streamer DrLupo coming at you with a Pulse Rifle.

What’s noteworthy here is that many of the characters mentioned in the survey, like Kratos, Venom, Lara Croft, and Iron Man, have already made their way to the game.

So, this could be an old survey that Epic is sharing, or maybe they are trying to get reviews on characters already present.

Some inclusions in the survey also correlate to files revealed in the Epic vs. Apple trial.

As per a report by The Verge, documents that surfaced in the trial earlier this year show that Fortnite is planning skins for many huge pop-culture figures, both fictional and non-fictional.

These include Naruto (mentioned in the survey), Lebron James, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, and more.

At the moment, none of these characters are confirmed to appear in Fortnite. Epic sends out such surveys on the regular to see if gamers are digging new introductions.

But if this survey and the trial files mentioned earlier are to be taken as an indication of what’s coming, Fortnite could potentially add some huge names to its character roster. And that’s something that will undoubtedly excite fans.
